For over 20 years, I’ve walked with leaders, pastors, entrepreneurs, and organizations through growth, crisis, and the kind of transitions that shake you to the core. I've served as a pastor, led teams, launched movements, and stood on stages. But I’ve also wrestled with betrayal, burnout, and rebuilding from rock bottom.
That’s where this work was born—not just in the wins, but in the wounds.
Today, I coach high-capacity individuals who are navigating hidden pain, internal pressure, or a life transition that’s forcing them to reevaluate everything. Whether you're recovering from betrayal, rebuilding trust, or just trying to figure out what’s next, I help you do it from a place of truth, courage, and wholeness.

I live in Ventura County, California, with my wife Jenna and our six amazing kids. I love golfing, working out, and showing up fully for the people and purpose God has called me to.
