About me

Juan serves as the Executive Pastor at First Christian Church in Newbury Park, CA where he oversees all aspects of church operations, including financials, guest services, life groups, and community outreach. Since 2012, Juan and his wife Jenna have been dedicated to Celebrate Recovery, a Christ-centered 12-step recovery ministry.

In 2018, Juan and a group of leaders successfully launched a campus in Canyon Country with Real Life Church in Valencia, CA, growing it to over 200 members. In 2020, he led a team to plan The Well Church in Palmdale, CA. 

Juan is passionate about developing leaders, church planting, working out, playing golfing, and spending time with his three children: Caleb (15), Camilo (9), and Ava (8).
